Tentative menu so far this week

Monday:
Crock pot ham and beans (ZERO core points)
Corn bread (oyster crackers for me)
1 point microwave baked apples
   RECIPE:

   6 apples cored and sliced
   1/4 c. Splenda
   2 tsp. cinnamon
   1 tsp nutmeg
   2 tsp water

Place apples in a microwave safe glass baking dish. Combine spices and sprinkle over top of apples. Add 2 tsp water. Cover, cook on high for 6 minutes.

Tuesday:
Crock pot rotisserie chicken
Roasted potatoes
Fruit salad

Wednesday:
Pork chops **Still looking for a DELICIOUS recipe that I can make into a WW core recipe!
