Menu Plan Monday

                                                     

It's that time of the week again!  Time for me to plan a menu. In my defense, I always make the foods that I say I'm going to make. I just don't always do it in the order I say I will.  Anyway, for more inspiration, visit Organized Junkie.

Monday:  Grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, asparagus
Tuesday: Teriyaki chicken stir fry
Wednesday:  Crock pot chicken, baked potatoes, jello salad
Thursday: Italian baked chicken, roasted vegetables, fat free pudding
Friday:  Ham and beans, fruit salad

Saturday's my birthday. My family usually takes me out for dinner. I really don't want to go out! It just adds lbs to the waistline!
