RECIPE: WW crockpot rotisserie style chicken
I'm often asked about how to make my yummy 0 WW core point crockpot chicken recipe. Here's the simple dinner that makes a huge impression:
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken
PAM or other pan coating spray
Various spices and herbs (I use salt and pepper or salt and lemon pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregeno, garlic...if it sounds good, I add it)
Either baking potatoes or 4 cans of small potatoes
RECIPE:
Spray the inside of your crockpot with Pam. EITHER wrap baking potatoes in aluminum foil, or lightly wad enough foil to cover the bottom of the crock.
Take a whole chicken. Remove the skin. Wash thoroughly inside and out.
Spray chicken with Pam
Coat or rub chicken with your favorite seasonings.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. After 4 hours, if I don't bake the potatoes
**If you don't wrap baking potatoes, add 3 cans of those little mini potatoes, seasoned with rosemary and garlic, when you have about 2 hours left to cook.
THIS IS A WEIGHT WATCHERS RECIPE, AND MY FAMILY BEGS FOR IT ALL THE TIME!

This chicken is wonderful! I made it for Kevin and Sammy today. Sammy actually ate meat! Normally he is a carb king and only wants the potatoes and veggies but he loved this chicken! Thanks Valerie!
