Easy summer dip

I'm heading to my wine group, and decided to bring something to share. I threw together some ingredients that I had on hand, and came up with a really yummy recipe for summer. This is diabetic friendly (aside from the fruit carbs) and Weight Watcher's friendly, as well.  It's a creamy fruity dip, that I'm serving with cinnamon twists. Ginger snaps and shortcake would also be good with this.

Dip:

1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mixed tropical fruit
8 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 container fat free Cool Whip
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbls Splenda

Mix yogurt and cool whip.
Mix pineapple and mixed fruit
Add fruit to creamy mix
stir in the cinnamon and splenda

Chill for 30 minutes

It's absolutely delicious!  It would be great with a crisp, citrusy Riesling (try one from Washington—I can see where the fruits would definitely bring out the flavor in the wine).
