I ask for your input on this site, because one thing I've learned in my pursuit of domestic greatness, is that just because it works for me, that doesn't mean it will work for everybody.
With that in mind, one of my constant readers/commenters, Pattie, shared a scheduling trick that she uses, on her website. I think it's brilliant! I'm not sure it would work for my family, but it works well for hers. The entire post is a link, so feel free to visit it!

Different people have different kind of domestic organization in their lives. There is no particular plan for domestic greatness. It depends upon the person, family, work and lifestyle. My domestic plan may not work for someone else. Pattie uses a different scheduling trick. She has a military style calendar system for herself. She prints everybody’s calendar and fixes it on the refrigerator. So, everyone knows what is happening in the family. She keeps cell phone reminder for more urgent events.
